Belvedere

The Belvedere is the main meeting point for the guests of the Fattoria, a welcoming and cozy space, which has both a closed room and a large outdoor pergola with a breathtaking sea view.

We provide guests with some services to facilitate their stay.

RECEPTION AND WELCOME 

Inside the Belvedere we welcome our guests upon arrival at the Reception area, where Marina and Barbara will receive you on Saturday.

Barbara lives on the farm and is divided between farming, family and guests! She knows the area and she’ll be happy to give you suggestions or keep you updated on the activities you can do while staying at La Prugnola. There are lots of experiences you can do in Montescudaio in full quite with your family and friends, away from the beaten path. For questions or reports she is also always available via Whatsapp.

THE SMALL SHOP
A small but selected choice of local products await you at our Reception.
Aside to our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, you will also find jam, honey, sauces, pasta, wine and other local “delicacies”, so you will never be without breakfast or dinner.

FRESH BREAD
In collaboration with the bakery of Montescudaio, we organized the delivery of fresh bread. You just need to book and the next morning you will receive bread, croissants and cakes to enjoy a lovely breakfast whenever you want without even taking off your pajamas!

#PLASTICFREE WATER DISPENSER
At the Belvedere we have also set up the distpenser that purifies the water we receive from the municipality of Montescudaio, to make it pleasant to drink. It delivers already chilled water and, for those who like it, also sparkling water. Bring your own bottles or flasks to refill whenever you want, this way you will help us reduce the use of disposable plastic!

RELAX AREA
In a panoramic position, il Belvedere, there is our relaxation area, a common area where you can take advantage of various services:
Pergola furnished with tables and chairs (also perfect as a smart working station)

LAUNDRY
At guests’ disposal there is also a washing machine and detergent (biodegradable!)
