Dear guests and friends,

This year we open from Easter, with the enthusiasm and passion that have always distinguished us, without ceasing to think about the future!

For this reason, we have prepared a series of discounts and initiatives to allow you to book your well-deserved holidays in complete tranquility.

HERE IS WHAT CHANGES FOR THOSE WHO BOOK NOW:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
   For all those who have booked, or will book, a stay at our farmhouse, we have extended the cancellation terms up to 30 days for the down payment and 10 days for the balance. Of course, the possibility of postponing the holiday will remain valid!
   We change booking account request from 50% to 35%.
2. We advise everyone to activate a Cancellation Insurance on each booking and, shortly, we will provide a link to facilitate this with the Allianz company:AGRITURISMO FATTORIA LA PRUGNOLA – Deposit

   Booking Protection can be purchased only from PC, not from Smartphone and/or Tablet.
3. FRESH BREAD SERVICE: new service for 3 times a week with the help of Montescudaio bakery

HOUSE ROULES

The HOUSES and APARTMENTS will be ready for your holidays from Easter.
We have some accommodation with heating that will be open also in winter.
The glamping with The LODGE TENTS will open on 26th May and close on 25th September 2023.

Check in
Check in SATURDAY 3.30 pm-18.30 pm (after that time self check in only)
Check in different days from Saturday: you can only receive by appointment.
Please always communicate the estimated time of arrival and a mobile number reachable on the day of arrival.

Check out
Saturday before 10.00 am.
Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday and refer to the standard number of people,
they include light, gas and wood for the stoves.
(Eg if the house is 4+2 the price is for 4 people).
Also include the use of WIFI is free, available at the Locanda common area.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS:

Children 0-2 years: free, if they sleep with their parents or if they bring a cot from home.
CHILDREN BED: € 28 to 35 € per week, (offer price 2 weeks 49 €)
HIGH CHAIR: € 5 per week

Children 3-12 years: Additional cost per week in extra bed from 56 € to 77 € for week

Adults: Not available on all accomodation. Additional cost per week in extra bed € 91

FINAL CLEANING, LENZUOLA and TOWELS:
At the price per night or week a fixed cost is added for the FINAL CLEANING.
Linen are provided on the day of arrival.
Possible change of bed linen and towels are available for a fee.
SINGLE SHEETS: € 11 – DOUBLE SHEETS € 18
SET 3 TOWELS: € 9

PET ANIMALS:
For those who take their hairy friends on vacation we ask for a contribution of € 3 or 4 € per day.
(Recommended houses: I Noci, Gli Ulivi, Le Capinere).

SMOOTH OR FROSTED WATER: 3,5 € per adult per week,  per children 3-12 years old for free

RESERVATIONS:

To book we ask for a 50% 35% deposit* (see new rules).
Upon arrival we require a security deposit which will be returned upon departure if no damages are found.
Deposit: For each Traditional House equal to 150 € and for Glamping equal to 100 €.
